What is Reactor? ?

As Shape that winds coil to Core, It is alike transformer with no second sec. It is protecting equipment that absorbs surge voltage and big inductive reactance by sudden changes of current.

Use
Reactor is used widely to protection to get power saving effect and to stabilize circuit which connected in front of inverter electrical appliances especially for devices that need high electrical power such as air-conditioner, wash machine, welding machine and automobile.

EI-Type Reactor
- Characteristic of structure
  EI2 separated iron core
  No insulation at GAP part
  Separate insulation is applied on both right and left iron cores
  Coil is winded Separate.
  Top and bottom iron cores are welding fixed at EI part

DPCR-Type Reactor
- Characteristic of structure: minimized material
  4 separated iron core
  Insulation inserted at GAP part
  GAP insulation and insulation between coil iron cores use same insulation paper
  Coil is winded to magnetic pole directly
  Top and bottom iron cores are welding fixed with fixing metal

UI - Type Reactor
- Characteristic of structure: DPCR Type and EI Type grafting
  3 separated iron core
  Inserted insulation at GAP part
  GAP insulation and insulation between coil iron cores use same insulation paper
  Coil is winded to magnetic pole informally
  Top and bottom iron cores are welding fixed at UI part
